About This Project

Sequence of Operations:

1: De-stack full trays and convey them to the robot unload station.

2: Empty trays are then conveyed from the unload position to the tray removal station.

3: Robotic Picks Bushings & Header from feeding mechanisms.

4: Robotic load to mold press.

5: Remove from mold press.

6: Cool & load to final Tray.

7: Headers are checked and if they pass, are returned to the pallet.

8: Headers that fail the test are dropped into the reject chute.
